Andrea Rosenkranz

Andrea Rosenkranz is an associate attorney at Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP.  Ms. Rosenkranz’s practice focuses on labor and employment matters, with an emphasis on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour class actions.

Ms. Rosenkranz is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law.  While in law school, Andrea was an active participant in USC’s Public Interest Law Foundation, serving on the board for two years and earning the Office of Public Service’s Award. Additionally, she worked as a Certified Law Student for both USC’s Post-Conviction Justice Project, advocating for clients at their parole and resentencing hearings, and Bet Tzedek Legal Service’s Employment Rights Project, representing clients before the Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement.

Prior to joining Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP, Ms. Rosenkranz worked for a boutique firm in Century City, California in the areas of personal injury and labor and employment litigation, as an intern with the Center on Wrongful Convictions at Northwestern University’s School of Law, as a law clerk to Judge Robert N. Scola, Jr. of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida – Family Division, and as a law clerk for Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy & Ford, P.A. in Miami, Florida.
